Application to Redirect / Hold Residential Mail
For us to be able to action your request, we require proof of identification. Identification can be in the form of the NZ Driver's License, Passport, Student ID or 18+ Card.
Note: If we do not receive proof of identification your request will not be actioned
Proof of identification must be emailed to customerservices@dxmail.co.nz a minimum of 3 working days before the requested start date.
